How do the sizes fit?

Our products are generally cut a bit wider to accommodate modern street style looks. A detailed size chart can be found directly on the product page. We recommend checking it before purchasing to ensure you choose the right size.

How does a return process work?

If you would like to return a product, please contact our customer service via email or our contact form. After receiving your request, we will process returns within 2–3 business days in the order they are received.

How long is the delivery time?

Our standard delivery time is usually 2-3 business days. In exceptional cases, such as during peak demand periods or on holidays, slight delays may occur.

What to do if there are production errors?

If you discover a manufacturing defect in one of our products, please contact our customer service immediately. We will investigate your issue as quickly as possible and find a suitable solution—be it a replacement product or a refund.

Our products are manufactured with the utmost care in Turkey and in
Final processing in Germany (Bavaria). We attach great importance to quality and fair production conditions.
